Services: For any services provided by Fredericksburg READS, such as tutoring, workshops, or consulting, you may request a full refund within 30 days. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@fredreads.org with your request, order number, and reason for the refund.

Products: For any physical products purchased from Fredericksburg READS, such as books or learning materials, you may return the item in its original, unused condition within 30 days for a full refund. Please contact info@fredreads.org to initiate the return process.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
